Voters go to the polls Tuesday in several municipal elections.In St. Louis City, voters in the new ‘St. Louis Hills Special Business District’ will be asked to approve a property tax to fund the district through 2029. There are also property tax proposals on the ballot for the Fox C-6 School District and the Meramec Valley R-3 District.In St. Louis County, voters will decide whether to merge the city of Normandy and the village of Glen Echo Park. A $20,000 reward is being offered for the suspects who escaped with $300,000 worth of jewelry after a smash-and-grab robbery in La Verne.The break-in took place on July 1 when four men crashed through the entrance of Rodeo Jewelers on the 1500 block of Foothill Boulevard around 12:16 p.m.A reward of $10,000 is being offered by the La Verne City Council and another $10,000 is being offered by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, totaling $20,000 for information leading to the suspects’ arrest and conviction.Security video captured a white sedan smashing through the front glass doors as four men hopped out. (KRON) -- The City of San Jose released a 100-page investigation report into the Pink Poodle strip club scandal involving four firemen who gave a bikini-clad woman and a photographer a ride in their engine. The scandal blew open last year when an Instagram video exposed a San Jose Fire Department engine parked at The Pink Poodle's entrance with its emergency lights on. The San Francisco 49ers star took home the No. 4 spot in the NFL Top 100 list, making him the highest-ranked defender in the league. The ranking should come as no surprise. Bosa won the NFL Defensive Player of the Year award in the 2022 season -- which is voted on by media members. The NFL Top 100 list is released annually and voted on by NFL players.
